The PremierConnect community will also facilitate the monitoring of clinical performance and the effectiveness of medical homes in improving care while reducing costs; alerting of possible harm-related events within a system; and elimination of unneeded care that adds to costs and can compromise health and safety. Â Supply chain leaders, hospital executives, clinicians, and other healthcare providers in the performance improvement alliance will have access to the technology platform and can interact online in communities of common interest.
