Aprima Support Plans
The platinum plan comes with unlimited help for your on-premise Aprima software. For a flat fee, we provide you with unlimited Aprima-related support.
An hourly support option is available for a minimum of one hour. Furthermore, if the hour is not used up, you have one month to use the rest of your support time. You may use any left over time toward IT services or Aprima related issues.
