A: It depends on the insurance company(s) that you are billing. If the company is not governed by HEPA and ICD10 there is no change required. If they comply to ICD10 then go to tools and set version
Then pick Version 10 and the date when they switch and choose the desired companies
After applying these changes you should maintain this list according to the changes that will occur. If all your insurance companies are ICD10 then while setting the default for that company you can pick that setting
