    Hello fellow users! I am very new to Medisoft and am still trying to learn basic features so please bare with me.  We are a massage therapy practice that uses Medisoft Advanced v.17.  I would like to be able to print an appointment list report that has specific details for certain clients, such as price they pay and any other special notes.  Also, some of our clients do use insurance and it would be nice if that came up on the list as well.  What fields can I use in Medisoft that will carry over to the appointment list in Office Hours.  I can be creative and use certain fields for what I need versus what they are meant for as there are several areas that do not apply to our practice.  In Office Hours there is the option to leave a note but it does not carry over if the client makes a new appointment.  Hope this is clear.  Thanks!

    One trick I used is put the note in Case/comment/allergies.  WHen you create a new appt for that pt in office hours, the note shows up!
