I have so many links from which to choose – I began the download with 17 and then went down the list, so parts of 16 downloaded. I then decided to remove everything and began again. The dialogue box indicates that I have not really downloaded ver 17. What to do?
If you are installing Medisoft v17, then download and run the Medisoft v17sp2.1 (Web install). If you purchased the Network Professional (for more than one concurrent user), then you will also need to download and run Advantage v10.
