A: Medisoft EMR is called Clinical while Lytec EMR is called Lytec MD. We have different training for Clinical, which you find through an email that will be sent, or postings under “meaningful use”. It is different because in Clinical you must configure on the notes setup. The codes must be on the billing portion because there are two different databases. Therefore if EMR sends you codes that you don’t have then there will be a problem.
