The login password may have changed (or need to be changed), or the system itself may have changed and require different responses from the module than what was initially programmed. If this issue is ongoing, I would advise calling in for support so one of our technicians can investigate further.
Newer versions of Medisoft have a “Patient by Insurance Carrier” report (Reports -> Standard Patient Lists); you could use this to find out how many patients have Medicaid as a primary carrier, then compare that number with the total number of patients in Medisoft to determine the percentage. However, this number may not be completely accurate with regard to the stimulus requirements. Your Regional Extension Center can assist you with getting a true picture of your demographics. Feel free to contact Microwize Technology if you want us to contact them on your behalf.
