We are tying to create claims in lytec 2018 to send to Gateway EDI for electronic billing but need some help setting up in lytec to actually create them to send to gateway
you need to setup revenue manager to do that, please call Lytec support at 800-955-0321 option 2
In order to retrieve the reports that have been archived, go to “File” in the reports main menu. Then select “Archive” then select “File” again and select “open folder”. You will have several selections to choose from. Most of the reports will be located in the “Reports” folder. Select that and now you should see several reports to choose from. Locate the type of report using the name column or click on the “LastWriteDate” to sort by the archive date to find a report that was archived in a specific month. Currently there is no way to search the archive reports by claim or chart number. If you require additional info and to better assist you, please feel free to call our support team.
