Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Microwize Cloud

Adding MFA helps protect your account by requiring a second step to log in. Choose one of the two simple options below:

  1. Email Verification: Receive a login code via email each time you sign in.
  2. Microsoft Authenticator App: Use the app on your phone to generate login codes, even offline.

How To Revert Changes and Disable MFA 

If you wish to disable MFA, please follow the steps below. 

Open your cloud client (Microwize Cloud Client or Parallels Client)

Right click on the connection name on the left pane and choose Connection Properties.

Make sure that Primary Connection field has rcm247.com and remove any extra text then click ok.
