“I have been using Web MD for several months and have been very dissatisfied for quite some time. Actually, it’s been a horrible experience from day one. Anyway, I called NDC Health to set up an account so that I could start billing using their software. You should know that the previous owner of the practice that I currently own used NDC in the past and was already set up with the 7.2 version of Medisoft. A salesperson at NDC Health informed me that the only way I could be set up with this type of program was to buy a more advanced version of Medisoft at a cost of a few thousand dollars. I was also told that because of new HIPPA regulations, the current version that I have was not going to be allowed. Being a new business owner, I can’t afford to spend a few thousand dollars on software. (Especially if I don’t really need it) I proceeded to call Microwize on a recommendation and was lucky enough to advised by your sales rep that it was not necessary to upgrade to the 10.0 version to get my basic electronic billing done and that there were no HIPPA regulations keeping me from using my current operating system. I was informed of the benefits, special features and all of its bells and whistles that the upgrade can provide me with.
