Auto-create pending transactions from completed appointments:
This feature ensures you bill for every completed appointment by automatically creating a pending transaction and saving the user invaluable time and manual data entry.
Make appointment resources inactive:
Hide inactive resources from your appointment schedule, and remove them from your default view. Remove the clutter, and avoid potential scheduling mistakes.
Add saved notes to payments and statements :
Create canned payment notes that include phrases such as Applied to deductible or Check number or Contracted insurance adjustment. This feature saves the user time in manually typing the same message, and can easily add the payment notes to existing charges!

Lytec 2023 integrates with the eMEDIX clearinghouse eligibility feature. New screens in the patient chart contain an enhanced display of up-to-date co-pay, co-insurance, and remaining deductible data pulled from the clearinghouse. This feature saves the user time by eliminating operating in a clearinghouse portal and the software, and allows the user to easily navigate the patient chart demographic and insurance data.

CGM CONNECTION is a state-of-the-art patient engagement platform that seamlessly integrates with LYTEC to provide you a robust text, voice, call and email patient engagement tool. With CGM Connection, you can send automated appointment reminders as well as mass messages via SMS, email, and voice calls. Your practice can get started quickly on CGM CONNECTION with pre-built templates. Simply choose a template, customize it to your specific needs, and you are ready to launch your patient reminders. Each message can be customized and configured using a variety of parameters including appointment date, location, provider, visit type, and much more.
