DX Errors when checking claims

    When i run a check on any claim in medisoft revenue manager  that has the DX code of 311 i get the message this is a invalid code, i have upgraded from version 17 to version 19. I know that this code is valid, can some one point me in the right direction in getting this corrected.Thank you

    The Medisoft revenue manager error is a result of the CCI edit, you can force the claim to go out if you are 100 positive you will get paid with this ICD code by clicking the check box next to the claim number in RM.
