On the insurance HCFA paper form Box 21 the ICD Ind. ( ). With the new ICD-10 coding will there just be a 0 printing or a 10 meaning ICD-10?

ICD-10 coding will have a 0 indicating ICD-10, and 9 is an indicator for ICD-9.
