I have version 19 and when we print the appointment list from office hours for all doctors, it prints out the old doctors that are no longer here.
How can i remove these providers if i can.
Thank youThe only way to remove provider in Medisoft version 19 is to make sure that provider is not link to any appointment, transaction billing or cases. If this provider was used for a while it is almost impossible to do that. My suggestions is to make that provider is inactive and no breaks or appointments is under that inactive provider.
