eMDs/RelayHealth implemented a SSL Certificate update November 10th 2016. This is causing issues with sending claims and receiving reports for Lytec customers.
Our development team worked with RelayHealth Support to determine root cause. the following steps:

Step1:Download the RM Fix and save it to your Desktop
Step2:
Double click on RM Fix to open the folder and you will see the files – Click “Extract all files”
Step3:
Select the Browse…button and make sure that “Show extracted files when commplete” is selected
Step4:
You will be prompted with a window asking you to select a destination.
Step5:
Navigate to Computer -> Local Disk (C:) -> Support Select the Support folder and click OK
Step6:
If successful, you will see image:

Step7:
Click on the Extract button
Step8:
Double click on RM-FIX.BAT and follow the instructions in the automated script.
