sending the CPT description for unclassified CPT codes
When sending an unclassified CPT such as J3301, a common rejection is due to not sending the CPT description. Lytec will send the Description or the NDC, not both. So to send the CPT description make sure no NDC is entered. If you remove the NDC from the CPT in List>Transaction Codes>Default Tab it will not default to new transactions.
