I am trying to figure out what all the transactions for a particular user are. Missed appts are put in the computer. However, I have noticed lately that some are being deleted. Is there a way to print the actual transactions (I know how to print the number of transactions done by a person) I am looking more towards who's chart they were adjusted to.
Checking the Update and Delete boxes next to Appointments in the Audit tab of Medisoft's Program Options will allow you to run audit reports showing when appointments are modified or deleted. However, my testing indicates that an appointment that has been changed to a different patient will not be included in the audit reports, under either the original or the new patient chart number. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you.
