If you are trying to print your paper claims and you get this message: “There is nothing to print”, this means that the claim was already sent and then it was changed to ‘ready to send’ manually. To confirm this, check the ‘Bill date 1’. If that field is not empty means that the claim was already printed. The only way to resubmit this kind of claims is using the ‘Reprint Claim’ button. Another thing that may cause this issue is having the incorrect ‘Billing Method’. If this says ‘Electronic’ and you are trying to print it as a paper, then you need to change it to ‘Paper’, but remember if you change this to paper and you still get this message check the ‘Bill date 1’ and see if you have to use the Reprint Button.
