Greenway PrimeSuite v17.40

With this release, we deliver customer-driven workflow enhancements that improve efficiency and flexibility, while also delivering innovation through our dictation tool, Greenway Speech, and improvements to Greenway Practice integration.

Three reasons we’re excited about Prime Suite v17.40:

1. Customers helped create it. This release includes continued improvements in the ICD-10 and patient searches, the availability of patient information where you need it, and new options for sharing data electronically with the patient and other providers. Additionally, it includes a top Customer Community Ideas page workflow request — the ability to create a note on behalf of a provider.

2. Say hello to Greenway Speech.Greenway Speech is an embedded, automated dictation tool that enables users to speak clinical notes instead of typing them, then turns that text into usable content and structured data. Providers now have the ability to dictate in all text fields, including search boxes. Also, providers can build commands specific to their practice to insert text, such as their normal physical exam, and then use Greenway Speech to edit or dictate additional notes.

Greenway Speech integrates seamlessly with Prime Suite and can save practices significant time and money compared to traditional transcription services.

Note: Prime Speech users will be upgraded to Greenway Speech when Prime Suite v17.40 is loaded. This process requires configuration steps, which means that Prime Speech may be unavailable for a short period of time while those steps are being completed. There is no additional charge or education required for users who are upgrading. There are implementation services available if the customer would like to purchase them.

3. Greenway Practice enhancements.Greenway Revenue Services teams using Greenway Practice can now send and receive messages with Prime Suite users, enabling customers to stay within Prime Suite for the majority of their communications with their Greenway Revenue Services team. In addition, the upgrade introduces easier message tracking and a single button to access the full Greenway Practice platform to simplify report access.
