    i have transfered my patients from one comepany in office hours to a new company in office hours, but when i open an appointment with a customer that has a chart# ending in anything other than 000 it kbrings up a diffent patients name but with the original patients information, not sure why this is happening.I have claered out the table and reindexed the table in the original company then moved the patients again, but was no help.i have disabled the patients name that keeps comming up then transfered them over to the new table and still no help.not sure of what elase i could do, any ideas?Thank you

    How exactly did you transfer the data from the existing practice into the new one?
